BLUE SKY SERVICES’ HISTORY IS BUILT ON THE TIRELESS EFFORTS OF OUR PEOPLE

Our team have directly and indirectly supported our business to become an innovative, profitable and sustainable reality.


In 2008 Martin Premachandra (MD) and Thili Maddumage (Ops Director) had a vision- to provide quality cleaning services where every single customer was treated as if they were the only customer. From their humble beginning in a garden shed, Blue Sky Services has grown into what it is today.

TRAINING AND SUPPORT

WE BELIEVE THE FIRST STEP IN PROVIDING A CONSISTENTLY HIGH STANDARD OF SERVICE IS ENSURING OUR STAFF ARE WELL TRAINED

Our staff are prepared for the technical and practical aspects of work and understand they will be held accountable to our standards and that of our customers.

Our training program includes a mix of theoretical and practical face-to-face training in our simulation training space.


'Blue Sky Services' staff can provide the highest level of disinfection cleaning as our comprehensive infection prevention and control training is coordinated by our healthcare professional and includes standard precautions, PPE usage, disinfection cleaning and waste management.


Health and safety, customer service, workplace relations and code of conduct are key aspects of our training and reflect our commitment to provide our customers with a team that will work safely and provide excellence.

Onsite orientation, mentoring and ongoing support from our Operations team enables identification of additional training needs and compliance monitoring.
