As an emerging company, making connections and finding the right talent is essential for growth. Job fairs provides the perfect platform to do just that. Recently, Blue Sky had the opportunity to participate in two significant job fairs - one with AMES and another with SYC. These experience not only broadened our understanding of the talent landscape but also allowed us to forge valuable connections with both potential candidates and fellow employers.
